📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, using our HRIS system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, aligning with our performance management framework.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing training programs and workshops.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure our practices are compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
