📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and assess current bureaucratic processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose innovative solutions to streamline government operations and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with various government agencies to implement reforms and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented reforms to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in public administration and bureaucratic reform.
- Provide training and support to government employees on the new processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bureaucratic reform or public administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of government processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work in different government agencies.
