As an Appliance Repair Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our repair service operations. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all appliances are repaired to the highest standards, using the latest tools and technologies available. Your daily tasks will include scheduling services, managing customer expectations, and ensuring that our technicians are equipped with the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the appliance repair service division, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to handle a wide range of appliance repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality parts and tools, ensuring that our technicians have access to the resources they need to complete repairs efficiently.
• Develop and implement service schedules, ensuring that all repairs are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new knowledge into our service operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, providing a safe working environment for our technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, technical services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the appliance repair or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using service management software such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar tools.
• Certifications in appliance repair or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
