📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuation or a related field
• Certification in Property Valuation from a recognized institution (e.g., ICVAL, RICS)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and AutoCAD
