📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
• Proactively manage and control collections for overdue consumer accounts, focusing on the current and 1-30 day overdue buckets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient collections process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with collections software and tools, such as CRM systems or collections management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional and ethical conduct, with a strong commitment to customer service and collections excellence.
