In this role, you will work with a variety of financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle, to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international tax laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a focus on tax compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
