📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS systems, including Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Lead the development and execution of HRIS projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify and address HRIS requirements, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff on the use of HRIS tools and systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS to drive continuous improvement.
• Report on HRIS performance metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong background in HRIS implementation and maintenance.
• Certification in HRIS, such as Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday, is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading HRIS projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about HR technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
