📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning materials using tools like Moodle LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage a budget for training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD Certified Professional (CP), SHRM-CP, or PMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems like Moodle LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
