📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement color management systems using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Monitor and calibrate color devices, including printers, scanners, and monitors, to ensure accurate color reproduction.
Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure color consistency across various media and formats.
Conduct color tests and quality checks to verify compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Provide technical support and training to staff on color management best practices and tools.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in color science and technology, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes.
Document color management procedures and maintain records of color measurements and tests.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support the development of new products and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Color Science, Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in color management, preferably in a printing or design environment.
Proficiency in color management software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of color theory, color spaces, and color measurement instruments.
Experience with color calibration and profiling using devices like X-Rite i1Pro or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 12647, SWOP, or Fogra.
