📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for various projects.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure that MEP systems are functioning correctly.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the MEP team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP engineering.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in site supervision.
• Certification in MEP engineering from a recognized institution (e.g., PMP, LEED AP).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
