📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Oversee the performance of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and feedback.,Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers, addressing any concerns promptly.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional management team to implement store strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.,Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory audits and stock replenishment processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with ASICS products and brand values is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
