📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor project progress and report to senior management.,Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Experience with project management software and tools.
