🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in IC design and development, with a focus on high-reliability applications.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies, including CMOS, BiCMOS, and advanced process nodes.,Proficiency in IC design tools and methodologies, such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.,Experience in testing and validation of ICs, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, IEC, and JEDEC.
