In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that drive our reward strategies. You will work closely with our HR team and other stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven reward programs that align with our business objectives.

Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns that inform reward strategies.,Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and reward metrics.,Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to design and implement data-driven reward programs.,Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our reward offerings are competitive and effective.,Provide data insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reward and compensation.,Mentor and coach junior analysts to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in reward analysis, compensation, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.,Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.,Experience with market research and benchmarking activities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
