📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks in our digital finance and loan solutions.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect our business from financial and operational risks.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, risk management, and business performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our risk management processes are effective and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, risk management, or a similar role in the finance industry.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, such as Basel III, IFRS, or COSO.,Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
