📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing the best possible service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
