Puskesmas Oka Health Center is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Create and manage job postings on various job boards and career websites.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the position.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
