📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing concerns and providing support.,Organize and participate in team-building activities and workshops to foster a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
