📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and select the best candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
