📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and recommend new suppliers and vendors based on cost, quality, and service.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
