📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth business processes,Assist in scheduling and coordinating activities between departments,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment,Provide administrative support to the operations team,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in English is a plus
