📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the company's overall objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement appropriate changes to improve departmental performance.,Attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences to network and learn from other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and information.
