📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to identify areas of risk and improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Collaborating with department heads and employees to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to audit findings.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
