📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts,Manage the kitchen operations and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they are up to date with the latest baking techniques and trends,Ensure that all pastries and desserts meet the highest standards of quality and taste,Keep up to date with the latest baking techniques and trends,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all baking activities,Ensure that all ingredients and equipment are properly stored and maintained,Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and menu items

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and trends,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry,Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
