📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or distribution environment.,Strong understanding of stainless steel products and the industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
