📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.,Manage and train store staff to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
