📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including regular cleaning and sanitization of all areas.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
