Royal Fresh Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
