📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers.,Assist customers with their orders and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and manage coffee supplies and equipment.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to coffee preparation and customer service.,Assist in training new baristas and cashiers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a barista or cashier is a plus.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods.,Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.,Team player with a positive attitude.,Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
